Profile

Born in Osaka in 1974. MADSAKI creates his works based on provocative and satirical phrases and historical masterpieces. In recent years, he has also developed an intimate series of paintings reminiscent of a first-person narrative. His large-scale, spray-painted works depict the complexities of an identity forged between Japan and America.
