A Special Exhibition Commemorating the Release of the Catalog for Takashi Murakami’s Superflat Collection

Takashi Murakami’s Superflat Collection held at Yokohama Museum of Art earlier this year made a massive impression on the audience with its unprecedented scale. The catalogue has arrived now as yet another impact on art lovers that parallels the show in its gigantic scale.

Kaikai Kiki Gallery will present a special exhibition commemorating the release of the catalogue. Please do not miss this opportunity because we are presenting those rare pieces from the collection that were not included in the original show! There is also a talk event coming on the last day of the show which is Wednesday the 19th, where the key persons of the original show and the catalogue compilation will share with you some (behind-the-scenes) stories including unknown episodes as well as the YMA show revisited through the catalogue.

Dates: Monday, October 17 – Wednesday, October 19
Hours: 11:00 – 19:00(Closes at 17:00 on the last day.)
